Zendesk

Read only access to your Zendesk Support data. No writes back to Zendesk.
Zendesk is per-account: you supply your subdomain (the part before .zendesk.com) when you connect, then complete the OAuth popup.

Connect
Open Data
In app.flitch.io, open the Data page.
Add Zendesk
Top right, click Add, pick Zendesk.
Enter subdomain and sign in
Enter your subdomain (the part before .zendesk.com), then complete the OAuth popup.
Pick objects and save
Tick the objects you want (Tickets, Users, Organizations, …). Set a name. Save.
Each object becomes a dataset.
Refresh
Refresh is off by default. Every dashboard load runs a live query against Zendesk. Enable refresh to schedule a background refresh and serve from cache between runs. See Refresh.
Disconnect
- In Flitch: open the connection from the Data page and delete it. Token revoked, cache cleared.
- In Zendesk: Admin Center → Apps and integrations → OAuth clients, revoke access for Flitch.
Troubleshooting
Wrong subdomain. The subdomain is the part before .zendesk.com in your account URL. If results are empty, confirm it matches your Zendesk account.
Reconnect required. Token revoked or expired. Open the connection and click Reconnect.
