Connect personal or business OneDrive folders.
Reads CSV and Excel files from OneDrive Personal or OneDrive for Business.
Connect
Open the form
Go to Data → Add → OneDrive.
Sign in with Microsoft
Approve the read only Files scope (Files.Read).
Pick files or a folder
Use the OneDrive picker.
Save
Each picked file becomes a dataset.
File types
CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, .xlsb). Each Excel sheet becomes a dataset.
Refresh
Refresh is off by default. Every dashboard load re-reads the file from OneDrive. Enable refresh to schedule a background refresh and serve from cache between runs. See Refresh.
Personal vs Business
Both use the same OAuth flow. Business accounts inherit tenant admin consent rules.
Troubleshooting
Sign in needed after some time. Refresh tokens expire periodically. Reconnect from the connection's edit panel.
Large Excel files time out. Files over 100 MB can time out on initial read. Split the file or move large datasets to a warehouse.
