Confluence

Connect Confluence Cloud to build dashboards on spaces and pages.

Read only access to your Confluence Cloud site. No writes back to Confluence.

Confluence and Jira are separate connectors, even though both are Atlassian products. You authorize the product you have: a Confluence-only Atlassian account can connect Confluence here but can't connect Jira, and vice versa.

offline_access

These are the granular Confluence v2 scopes. offline_access keeps the connection refreshing in the background. No write or delete scopes.

Connect

Open Data

In app.flitch.io, open the Data page.

Add Confluence

Top right, click Add, pick Confluence.

Sign in with Confluence

Complete the OAuth popup. Atlassian asks you to pick the Confluence Cloud site to grant access to. You stay signed in to Atlassian directly; Flitch never sees your password.

Pick objects and save

Tick the objects you want (Spaces and/or Pages). Set a name. Save.

Each object becomes a dataset.

Refresh

Refresh is off by default. Every dashboard load runs a live query against Confluence. Enable refresh to schedule a background refresh and serve from cache between runs. See Refresh.

Disconnect

  • In Flitch: open the connection from the Data page and delete it. Tokens revoked, cache cleared.
  • In Atlassian: Account settings → Connected apps, revoke Flitch.

Troubleshooting

Reconnect required. Tokens revoked or expired. Open the connection and click Reconnect.

No site to authorize. You need access to a Confluence Cloud site. During sign-in, Atlassian asks which site to grant access to, and Flitch reads from that site.
