Scopes

Read-only: read, activity:read_all. Flitch only reads your data and never creates, updates, or deletes anything in Strava.

Connect

Open Data

In app.flitch.io, open the Data page.

Add Strava

Top right, click Add, pick Strava.

Sign in with Strava

Complete the OAuth popup to authorize Flitch.

Pick objects and save

Tick the objects you want (Activities, Clubs, …). Set a name. Save.

Each object becomes a dataset.

Refresh

Refresh is off by default. Every dashboard load runs a live query against Strava. Enable refresh to schedule a background refresh and serve from cache between runs. See Refresh. Strava enforces per-app rate limits, so keep the refresh interval modest.

Disconnect

  • In Flitch: open the connection from the Data page and delete it. Token revoked, cache cleared.
  • In Strava: Settings → My Apps, revoke access for Flitch.

Troubleshooting

Reconnect required. Token revoked or expired. Open the connection and click Reconnect.

Rate limited. Strava caps requests per app per 15 minutes and per day. Lower the refresh frequency if you hit limits.
