Connections

Credentialed links to your data sources.

A connection is the credentialed link between Flitch and one source. Once connected, the source is available across your workspace.

Add a connection

Open the Data page

app.flitch.io/data.

Click Add source

Top right, Add source.

Pick a source

From the supported integrations.

Fill in the form

The form varies by source:

  • Sign-in flows: complete the OAuth or SSO prompts.
  • Credential entry: paste what's required (host, user, token, key, and so on), then click Test connection.
  • File upload: drop files in the upload zone.

See the source's integration page for setup specifics.

Save

The connection appears in your data list.

Edit

Open the connection from the Data page and click Edit:

  • Update credentials (rotate a password, replace a service account key, paste a new private key).
  • Change the connection name.
  • Reconnect via OAuth if tokens were revoked.
  • Toggle which datasets are pulled.

Disconnect

OAuth tokens revoked immediately. Cached results deleted. Existing dashboards show a "Reconnect required" badge until reconnected.

Reversible: reconnecting under the same source restores existing dashboards as long as the underlying records still exist.

All credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged. OAuth tokens refresh automatically until you disconnect.

See the security overview.
