Connect
Open Data
In app.flitch.io, open the Data page.
Add Klaviyo
Top right, click Add, pick Klaviyo.
Sign in with Klaviyo
Complete the OAuth popup to authorize Flitch.
Pick objects and save
Tick the objects you want (Profiles, Campaigns, Flows, …). Set a name. Save.
Each object becomes a dataset.
Refresh
Refresh is off by default. Every dashboard load runs a live query against Klaviyo. Enable refresh to schedule a background refresh and serve from cache between runs. See Refresh. Klaviyo enforces per-endpoint rate limits, so keep the refresh interval modest.
Disconnect
- In Flitch: open the connection from the Data page and delete it. Token revoked, cache cleared.
- In Klaviyo: Settings → Account → Connected accounts, revoke access for Flitch.
Troubleshooting
Reconnect required. Token revoked or expired. Open the connection and click Reconnect.
Only email campaigns appear. Campaigns are read per channel and default to email. SMS and push campaigns can be added as separate datasets.
Rate limited. Klaviyo caps requests per endpoint. Lower the refresh frequency if you hit limits.
