Collections

Group related dashboards together under one URL. Collections live on the Dashboards page alongside your published dashboards.

Publish each dashboard first, then group them into a collection.

Create

From the Dashboards page, click New Collection. Name it, then add dashboards by dragging from the list or assigning from a dashboard's settings panel. A dashboard belongs to one collection at a time.

Publish

Collections publish as a single page hosting all member dashboards under a shared header. Each member dashboard keeps its own URL.

Pick visibility:

• Public: anyone with the link can view.
• Team Only: all team members can view (requires sign in). Team workspaces only.
• Email Restricted: only the email addresses you specify can access.

Reorder

Drag dashboards into the order shown to viewers.

Remove

Removing a dashboard from a collection doesn't delete it. The dashboard returns to the main list.
